About us

Our commitment to the safety of occupants and the protection of property, our story and our expertise.

Our purpose

IntegriFire was founded in direct response to the substantial changes introduced by recent fire safety legislation, particularly those impacting the residential sector. The Building Safety Act 2022 introduced new responsibilities for Principal Accountable Persons and Accountable Persons, especially in relation to the management of Higher-Risk Buildings—defined as residential buildings that are 18 metres or more in height or contain at least seven storeys.

In parallel, amendments to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the introduction of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 have imposed additional duties for buildings over 11 metres, such as the requirement for annual fire door checks and enhanced resident engagement. These reforms have created a more demanding regulatory landscape that requires the input of competent professionals with a deep understanding of fire safety design, legislation, and operational management.
