Gap Analysis
Most accountable persons do not discover what they are missing until they are asked to produce it.
A Gap Analysis is a structured assessment of your current documentation position against what the Building Safety Regulator expects to see. It tells you what you have, what you are missing, and critically what significance that has for your compliance position.
The BSR's assessment criteria span three areas: the occupied building safety case, the development safety case, and the management system. Each has specific deliverables, expected review frequencies, and varying levels of significance. A gap in your passive fire protection records carries different weight to a gap in your development design documentation. A gap analysis makes that distinction clear.
IntegriFire conducts gap analyses for higher-risk residential buildings across England, working directly with accountable persons, principal accountable persons, housing associations, and registered providers. We do not produce a traffic light spreadsheet and call it done. We produce a clear, prioritised assessment of where you stand and what needs to happen next.
