A refused Building Assessment Certificate application requires more than a superficial document update. The safety argument, supporting evidence and management arrangements must be examined to establish why the submission did not satisfy the Regulator and what must change before resubmission.

Our review assesses the Building Safety Case Report against the Building Safety Act 2022, the Higher-Risk Buildings (Management of Safety Risks etc) (England) Regulations 2023 and relevant Building Safety Regulator guidance.
